What is the guarantee?
Clean 'n Clear guarantees that you will pass any drug test after using our product to prepare for that test. It is that simple.
What if I fail the test?
After thousands of orders, and thousands of satisified customers, we can count refund requests on one hand! Our success rate is better than 99.9%. We have never had our post-paid comment cards returned with less than excellent marks. (We did have one complaint about packaging. Now we ship Clean 'n Clear™ in plain manila mailers.) Still, if you fail the test we will send you a check for double your purchase price.
A double refund? So what?
We understand that an extra $20 would not make you much happier after failing a drug test. The double refund guarantee is our way of letting you know that we stand behind our product. If Clean 'n Clear™ does not work for you, we loose double. It is our insentive to make sure everyone passes their drug test.
What if I do not follow the instructions properly?
We are betting you will. The reason you are ordering Clean 'n Clear™ is to pass a drug test. The best way to pass is to follow the instructions and use Clean 'n Clear™ as directed. Included is loads of information about drug testing and extra tips to insure your success. However, if you discard the instructions, do everything wrong, and fail the test, we will still refund double your price of purchase. Why? Because we know you want to pass your drug test.
Note: Our liability is limited to the double refund offer. This means that you can not sue Clean 'n Clear for lost wages, etc.
